Fishing on the lakes in the Conservation Area requires a Missouri fishing license and the Outpost sells these as well as hunting licenses and permits.
This bait store also serves as an information clearing house on fishing conditions.
Don't hesitate to ask Ted, the proprietor, any questions you may have regarding what you need.
If you like catching fish around the world, other sources might be better for you, but locally many think the Outpost has no equal when it comes to boat rental and bait for St Louis best fishing lakes.
We hope you'll think so too.
